Light Activation is a deeply restorative energetic experience designed to help you soften, open, and reconnect with your natural state of clarity, truth and life force.

In these sessions, I hold a safe and powerful field while working with high-frequency light and sound to support energetic clearing, recalibration, and greater inner coherence.

You don’t need to do anything. There is no effort, performance, or pushing. This work is rooted in surrender.
As your system begins to relax and receive, what is heavy, blocked, or noisy can start to loosen. Many women experience greater peace, clarity, emotional release, self-trust, and a stronger connection to their intuition and authentic expression.

Who am I?

I am an antenna, astrologer and ascension guide. This work lights me up and puts me in a deep state of flow and coherence. I want that for you too.
What follows is some practicalities and history about my journey so far in this human life💫

Long version:

The Awakening
My journey began ten years ago, born from the fertile void that follows grief and loss. When my father died, the simple, structured life I led as a "straight-edge" architecture student in Bergen shattered. On the surface, I was a girl who worked out and partied, but underneath, a deep hunger was brewing.
A week after his passing, a door opened: a master’s program in Copenhagen. In that new city, stripped of my old skin and the comfort of familiar contexts, I finally began to breathe. It wasn't the classroom that taught me; it was the soul-contracts I met and the cosmic gravity that pulled me toward a new version of myself.

The Search
A year later, I surrendered to the call. I bought a one-way ticket to India and spent four months wandering alone, seeking the pulse of the Divine. That spark ignited a fire that led me through Reiki initiations, the sacred plant medicines of Peru, and a life lived on the water in a sailboat in Copenhagen. Then came the Kundalini activation that changed everything. I moved to the Canary Islands, lived as a raw vegan, and worked full-time as a Kundalini facilitator. It was a high-frequency, ecstatic time—but the time had come to ground all this Light into Earth.

The Dark Night and the Gift
The pandemic brought me back to my roots in Trondheim, then to a remote island in northern Trøndelag. This became the dark night of my soul. It was a time of profound stripping away, but from that void, I emerged forged in fire. I rose with iron-clad boundaries, a piercing clarity of purpose, and the two greatest miracles of my life: my children.

The Bridge
Becoming a mother was my ultimate energetic initiation. It is one thing to find God in a temple; it is another to find the Divine while navigating the beautiful, raw chaos of life with twins. Every day, I anchor the celestial into the mundane, weaving the higher and lower chakras into a single, breathing synergy.
I have walked both worlds. I have been the skeptical student aching for magic, and I am now the alchemist and energy channel living it. My life is a bridge—between earth and sky, shadow and light. I now know, with every fiber of my being, that the heart is the forge where the two meet, and where the true alchemy unfolds.
